林健
　　分子生物学博士，九十年代曾任美国哥伦比亚大学副研究员，参与了二项美国国家科学基金资助项目，在中、美、英、法、日、希腊等SCI权威杂志发表重要论文23篇，其中包括《美国国家科学院杂志》（PNAS）等。曾经承担中国国家科技部重大攻关项目负责人，并取得三项专利。曾成功组织国际风险投资机构收购中国企业。同时，也是我国环境能源市场机制和联合国南南经济合作新机制的重要倡导者和推动者。组织与领导上海环境能源交易所，参与全球气候变化应对机制。组织与领导联合国南南全球技术产权交易系统项目并出任南南全球技术产权交易所总裁，参与联合国南南合作创新机制，受到联合国相关组织的嘉奖。

Biography of Dr. Lin Jian
 
　　Dr. Lin Jian holds a Ph.D in molecular biology. As an associate research scientist of Columbia University in the United States in 1990s, Dr. Lin participated in two American National Science Foundation funded projects and published 23 important theses in authoritative science magazines in China, the US, the UK, France, Japan and Greek, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

　　Dr. Lin was in charge of important Research and Development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China and obtained patents for three technologies. He also successfully organized the acquisition of Chinese enterprises by international venture capitalist corporations. He is not only an active promoter of the market mechanism of China’s environment and energy sector, but also an important advocate for the innovation of South-South Cooperation of the United Nations.

　　Dr. Lin organizes and leads Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, and takes part in the coping mechanism of global climate change.  He also organizes and leads the South -South Global Assets and Technology Exchange System project. As the CEO of South-South Global Assets and Technology Exchange, he was awarded for his excellence in South-South Cooperation by the relevant authorities of the United Nations.
