公司创始人徐建国先生早年毕业于同济大学后任职国家有关部委，负责对外贸易和技术合作。其后，负笈海外学习和工作十五年，在国际顶级公司担任汽车、通信、能源、楼宇、照明、交通和城市发展等领域的高级管理要职，工作涉及市场营销、业务拓展、产品开发、战略规划、企业兼并、区域发展咨询等多个方面，足迹走遍了世界各国。2004年归国后，徐建国先生先后担任康宁公司和西门子公司高层职务，为两公司在中国的业务布局和可持续发展作出了卓越贡献。

The Founder

Early 2011, Mr Jianguo Xu founded ecovision international and its subsidiary ecovision consulting (shanghai) ltd. After graduation from Tongji University, Mr Jianguo Xu started his career with central government agencies in Beijing and was responsible for international trade and technology cooperation. Thereafter, he went to Europe to study and work for more than 15 years. During that period, Mr Jianguo Xu traveled throughout Europe, Russia and East Europe, Middle East, North America, Japan, South East Asia, India, and Australia. He served first tier multinational companies in various key management positions. His responsibilities covered sales & marketing, business development, product management, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, general management and regional development. The industries he served include automotive, telecommunications, energy, building technology, lighting, transportation and urban development. Mr Jianguo Xu came back to Shanghai in 2004 and held senior management functions successively at Corning and Siemens till end 2010.
